Greenwich Village & West Village Townhouse Market Update
We track townhouse sales in the Village and are pleased to share our 2015 year end report. In 2015, sales of residential townhouses in Greenwich Village and the West Village totaled over $546 million. This compares favorably to $491 million in total sales for 2014, and $261 million for 2013. The average price per square foot for townhouses sold in 2015 was $2,748, an 8% increase over the prior year. Please see below for all recorded townhouse sales in 2015.
