He has ranked in the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends The Thousand - top sales agents nationwide - since 2013, and among the top 20 residential agents or teams in New York City and top 100 nationwide from 2013-2018. Prior to joining Compass, Joshua was the highest grossing sales agent at Sotheby’s International Realty’s downtown Manhattan office.

His extensive knowledge of the New York real estate market, combined with a breadth of experience, allows him to exceed clients' expectations with the highest level of professionalism, service and discretion. Able to identify and market properties with creativity and business acumen, he provides informed, honest and thoughtful advice to all clients, including sellers, buyers, landlords and developers. His clients appreciate his ability to understand and quickly identify their needs, tastes and goals.

Joshua brings many added-value skills to the process of buying and selling properties. His financial and market expertise is complemented by a passion for and fluency in architecture, design and art, and a keen ability to visualize and translate the potential of a space, location, building or project into a tangible vision. He sharpened his negotiation skills and knowledge of what makes deals successful over 14 years as an investment finance executive and entrepreneur. He co-founded and ran a European development and acquisitions company, was an executive of a New York-based international private equity investment fund focused on media, communications and real estate, and began his career as an investment banker in the real estate group of Goldman Sachs. He knows how successful financial professionals & investors think.

Raised in the entertainment industry, married to a fine art print publisher, and with many artist friends, Joshua also has a deep understanding of the needs of creative people. Passionate about collecting art and supporting artists and arts organizations, he is an active patron of the Whitney Museum of American Art, and was a founding member of the Junior Associates of the Museum of Modern Art, and has served on many arts, humanitarian and educational non-profits' fundraising and advisory committees.

Always a New Yorker, he has worked throughout Europe and lived in Rome, Paris and London. From his own experience, he knows the challenges of relocation to or from New York and is able to provide the best service to international friends, former business associates and new clients. He has lived in many parts of Manhattan over the last 25+ years, and he works with sellers and buyers both uptown and downtown, as well as in the most desirable neighborhoods of Brooklyn.

Joshua received his AB in History from Dartmouth College, from which he was graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Born in Philadelphia, he spent much of his youth abroad, and his formative middle and high school years in London. He resides in Greenwich Village with his wife and their two daughters.


Chad Longmore

Chad Longmore joined the Wesoky Team in 2013 after eight years in the art world, where he served as the Director of the Larissa Goldston Gallery in New York. He brings a wealth of knowledge about buildings and a passion for interior spaces to his real estate work, coupled with an innate ability to help clients visualize the potential of a space.

Chad holds a B.A. in Art and Architectural History from the University of Delaware and studied Interior Design at Parsons School of Design at The New School. Currently, he is pursuing a Landscape Design certificate at the New York Botanical Garden. His passion for florals is evident in the stunning floral arrangements he creates for the Wesoky Team's listing photos.

In his spare time, Chad enjoys playing the cello, sailing, cooking, pottery, and gardening. Originally from Oklahoma, Chad has called New York City home for over two decades.


Jonathan Banks

Jonathan L. Banks is a Licensed Associate Broker working alongside top producer and industry leader, Josh Wesoky.

Jonathan began his career in 2007 and has worked at the top of the New York City real estate market for more than 15 years. A quiet force behind many of the City’s most notable deals, those who know and work with him appreciate his honesty, sincerity, and discretion.

His innate creativity, complemented by a passion for and deep understanding of architecture, art, and design, positions him as a valuable asset to clients.  His encyclopedic knowledge of New York’s architectural landscape further allows him to guide clients to the right property.

With extensive experience in construction, renovation, and construction management, Jonathan has a practical and grounded understanding of the real estate process, from initial search to project completion. This knowledge further enhances his ability to assess properties, identify potential, and provide valuable insights to his clients.

A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where he studied Business Administration and Fine Arts, he is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Connecticut Association of Realtors.


Jung Hi Han

Jung Hi Han began her real estate career in 2014 and has been a member of the Wesoky Team since 2016. With a background as a Marketing Coordinator for Sotheby's International Realty, Jung Hi brings her expertise in Marketing and her sharp eye for design and detail to the Wesoky Team.

Her genuine love for interior design and architecture sets her apart and infuses her work with creativity. Her appreciation for the art of home design allows her to expertly craft and deliver Marketing campaigns for properties represented by The Wesoky Team.  

Furthermore, when working with clients she is able to envision the potential in a property, making her an invaluable asset to both buyers and sellers. When working with Jung Hi, you can expect nothing short of exceptional customer service, unparalleled market knowledge, and a seamless experience from start to finish. Her strong communication skills ensure that every client's needs are not only met but exceeded.

Beyond real estate, Jung Hi finds joy in cycling and sailing. She is a volunteer with the New York Junior League, a Contemporaries Patron at the Whitney Museum, a Young Partner at The Public Theater, and a Central Park Greensward Circle member. In her spare time, she sails with North Cove Sailing and is currently training for a 500 mile charity ride to raise funds for cancer research. Jung Hi received a B.A. in Visual Arts with a concentration in Photography from Rutgers University. She resides on the Upper East Side.
