Joshua runs the Wesoky Team, one of the top-producing teams at Compass. With five real estate professionals, they specialize in luxury residential sales. He has ranked in the Wall Street Journal’s top 100 sales agents nationwide for each of the last 7 years, including among the top 20 residential agents or teams in New York City for 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014 and 2013. Prior to joining Compass, Joshua was the highest grossing sales agent and ran the top team at Sotheby’s International Realty’s downtown Manhattan office. 

His extensive knowledge of the New York real estate market, combined with a breadth of experience, allows him to exceed clients' expectations with the highest level of professionalism, service and discretion. Able to identify and market properties with creativity and business acumen, he provides informed, honest and thoughtful advice to all clients, including sellers, buyers, landlords and developers. His clients appreciate his ability to understand and quickly identify their needs, tastes and goals. 

Joshua brings many added-value skills to the process of buying and selling properties. His financial and market expertise is complemented by a passion for and fluency in architecture, design and art, and a keen ability to visualize and translate the potential of a space, location, building or project into a tangible vision. He sharpened his negotiation skills and knowledge of what makes deals successful over 14 years as an investment finance executive and entrepreneur. He co-founded and ran a European development and acquisitions company, was an executive of a New York-based international private equity investment fund focused on media, communications and real estate, and began his career as an investment banker in the real estate group of Goldman Sachs. He knows how successful financial professionals & investors think. 

Raised in the entertainment industry, married to a gallery owner and fine art publisher, and with many artist friends, Joshua also has a deep understanding of the needs of creative people. Passionate about collecting art and supporting artists and arts organizations, he is an active patron of the Whitney Museum of American Art, and was a founding member of the Junior Associates of the Museum of Modern Art, and has served on many arts, humanitarian and educational non-profits' fundraising and advisory committees. 

Always a New Yorker, he has worked throughout Europe and lived in Rome, Paris and London. From his own experience, he knows the challenges of relocation to or from New York and is able to provide the best service to international friends, former business associates and new clients. He has lived in many parts of Manhattan over the last 25 years, and he works with sellers and buyers both uptown and downtown, as well as in the most desirable neighborhoods of Brooklyn. 

Joshua received a BA in History from Dartmouth College, from which he was graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Born in Philadelphia, he spent much of his youth abroad and completed high school in London. He resides in the West Village with his wife and their two daughters.

Chad Longmore

Chad Longmore joined the Wesoky Team in 2013 after eight years in the art world. He previously served as the Director of the Larissa Goldston Gallery in New York. He brings his knowledge of buildings and his passion for interior spaces to his work in real estate, along with an innate ability to help his clients visualize the potential of a space. 

Chad received a B.A. in Art and Architectural History from the University of Delaware. He studied Interior Design at Parsons School of Design at The New School and is currently taking classes at the New York Botanical Garden towards a Landscape Design certificate. He is passionate about florals and has created all of the floral arrangements in the Wesoky Team's listing photos. 

In his spare time, he enjoys playing the cello, sailing, cooking, pottery, and gardening. He is a member of the Manhattan Yacht Club and Hudson River Community Sailing. Originally from Oklahoma, he has called New York City home for more than a decade.


Bronwen Lam

Bronwen Lam joined the Wesoky Team in 2014 after eight years in the Fashion Industry. She has previously served as a stylist assistant and producer to some of the business’ top artists. She discovered a deep interest in real estate after being asked to consult on a development project for an artist community in Baltimore. She brings to the team her creativity, an eye for detail, and her inherent nature to operate efficiently. 

Bronwen holds a degree in Fine Art with a Photography Concentration from the Maryland Institute College of Art. In her spare time, she enjoys doing yoga, biking around Brooklyn, and fine dining. Born in Belgium, she moved to the states for college and has called Brooklyn home since 2003. Bronwen is also fluent in French.

Jung Hi Han

Jung Hi Han joined the Wesoky Team in 2016 after five years in Marketing. Previously with Sotheby's International Realty, she has experience in marketing resale and new development projects. Prior to that, she worked at GFI Realty Services, a commercial and investment real estate brokerage. Her interest in real estate was sparked at a young age by her grandmother who was a successful real estate investor in Seoul, South Korea. 

Jung Hi received a B.A. in Visual Arts from Rutgers University. She volunteers with the New York Junior League and is a member at the Manhattan Yacht Club. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, film, biking, and sailing. A native of central New Jersey, she currently resides on the Upper East Side.


Chris Kastner

Chris Kastner approaches his work with passion, proceeds with utmost integrity, and provides an unwavering commitment to getting his clients exactly what they’re looking for. Having grown up in a real estate family in Upstate New York, Chris was exposed to the intricacies of the real estate industry early on. He was also immediately drawn to helping others as well as to the dynamic of building your own brand through networking and the valuing of property. 

Chris’ own brand of real estate is to make the business personal. Understanding that the process of purchasing or leasing a property is a huge emotional and financial investment, he strives to apply his knowledge and professional judgment to make the undertaking seem almost seamless. 

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Chris holds a Bachelor Degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing. He offers clients both a creative and strategic approach to marketing their homes to attract the most qualified audience and highest price possible.
